The Investigator or Sponsor/CRO may submit recruitment materials on behalf of all study sties participating in a study. These materials will be approved as templates for individual sites to insert their specific contact information which will be added later if the site decides to use the material. Sites may also develop and submit their own recruitment materials throughout the study. IRBCo will work with the sponsor if they want to pre-review and approve materials prior to review by IRBCo.

All submissions should come through eProtocol and the corresponding responses and approvals will be provided through eProtocol. Most recruitment materials qualify for expedited review and documents will be available within 72 hours of submission.
